Should you wish to return an item, please email us within 7 days at hello@stgermainfaceandbody.com.au

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Returns must be made within 7 days
  • Products must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged packaging.  Please return items via Australia Post with a tracking number and signature on delivery as we will not be held responsible for missing items.

Refunds (if applicable)  

Online orders only, once returned and item is received, inspected and meets the above criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the paid amount will be credited to your original purchasing credit card payment.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days.

A handling/restocking fee of 15% of the value of the product applies.

Returned item must be through Australia Post with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours.

Send us a photo of damaged or incorrect product and email us along with a copy of the receipt.

Once the damaged or incorrect product is received, our team will assess and authorise the return.

Returns Due to a Reaction  

In the rare instance of you’ve had an allergic reaction please take a photo and email us and discontinue use immediately.
